Engaging Thoughtful Citizens

Take Action Here.

What does this look like?

There is something for everyone!

  • Organize voter registrations so everyone is heard!

  • Give back with our annual scholarship committee

  • Host educational forums or social media campaigns to advance key messages of our common party platform

  • Support local Democratic candidates

  • And so much more!

Justice, Civil Rights & Civil Liberties

Know Your Rights.

Kingston Democrats believe in equal justice under the law for all. We believe that discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, and disability has no place in our communities. Massachusetts Democrats are committed to protecting individual’s rights to freedom of speech, religion, press, and due process under the law.

Investing in Community & Education

We want to hear from you!

KDTC has historically hosted educational forums about gender equality and civil rights where individuals of all ages and stages of life participated in active social and political dialogue. All are welcome to attend.

Massachusetts Democratic State Convention 2020

On April 4th, the Democratic State Committee, voted to cancel the 2020 State Convention due to COVID-19. The Committee instead directed the Chair of the Party to request that Secretary Galvin place both Senator Ed Markey and Congressman Joe Kennedy III on the Democratic primary ballot for U.S. Senate. This decision was publicly supported by Senator Markey and Congressman Kennedy and was made in the best interest of the health and well being of participants.
